Anybody else a Salmon fan around here? I AM! So, here’s a simple recipe I have inherited from my Mama.
Ingredients: Salmon, Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Soy Sauce, Salt, Pepper
1) Preheat oven at 375 degrees. 2) Place salmon on a glass baking dish. 3) Sprinkle some chopped garlic, sliced onion, & crushed tomatoes. 4) Pour lemon juice & soy sauce. 4) Salt & pepper to taste. 5) Bake salmon for 25-30 minutes.
