Last week, I tried Greek yogurt for the very first time. I have to say it’s definitely an acquired taste. It’s thicker than regular yogurt & depending on the brand & flavor, some of them taste pretty good. It has double the protein though!
So while my hubby plays Halo with buddies, it’s time to update my blog with a recipe.
Blueberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients: 1 cup Blueberry, 1/2 Banana, Greek Yogurt, Milk, Honey, Ice
Instructions: Put ingredients all together & blend until smooth.
PS: If you want a smoother smoothie, add a little more milk.
